Consistency has always been a goal of mine when it comes to writing. I tried last year, but life got busy, as it often does. That’s not an excuse — it’s just what it is. Still, I’m going to make the effort again this year, but no promises.

Looking back, 2024 was quite the journey. It marked my first full year running a team at Aptiw. By this time last year, I was worried we might not even last six months. Yet, here we are.

We’ve laid a solid foundation, and I’m excited to see what 2025 has in store. I’m particularly excited about Soutle and the opportunities it presents. In many ways, 2024 was all about setting the groundwork, and now we’re ready to do some truly amazing things.
